Building the foundation for a unified IT landscape
Rail Innovators Group (RIG), a fast-growing European rail integrator based in the Netherlands, launched a major IT transformation to reduce fragmentation across its business units and enable a scalable, integrated system landscape.
From the beginning, the initiative went beyond technology. Aligning stakeholders, structuring unclear requirements, and managing delivery risk in a transformation of significant complexity were key challenges.

Our Role
AcceleRail supported RIG as an independent transformation partner, combining rail industry expertise with hands-on IT delivery experience.
